Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Promotlr, including the Free, Pro, and Business plans and the forum-promotion automation features made available through the service.

Effective date
September 1, 2026

1. Contracting party and scope

These Terms form the agreement between you and the service operator identified in the Legal Notice for your use of Promotlr. If the Legal Notice reports that the operator identity is incomplete, new account creation is disabled and no new contract should be concluded through the service. The Acceptable Use Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any order summary shown before payment form part of this agreement.

If you use Promotlr for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. “You” then means that organization. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply where you act for purposes mainly outside your trade, business, or profession.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate registration and billing information, keep authentication details secure, and promptly notify Promotlr of unauthorized access. Accounts may not be sold, shared outside your organization, or used to conceal the person responsible for activity. You remain responsible for people whom you authorize to use your workspace.

3. The service

Promotlr provides tools to configure, schedule, and monitor supported forum-promotion workflows, including account, proxy, thread, job, and billing management. Supported sites and modules can change when a third-party forum changes its rules, access methods, or technical controls. Promotlr does not own or control those forums, guarantee that they permit automation, or guarantee that a campaign will produce sales, traffic, rankings, or uninterrupted posts.

You must review the rules and obtain every permission required for each forum account, proxy, recipient, message, and item of content before enabling automation. A configuration being technically available is not a representation that your proposed use is lawful or allowed by a third party.

4. Plans, limits, and changes

The current plan features, usage limits, billing interval, price, and taxes are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. The Free plan has no recurring subscription price but is subject to tighter usage and feature limits. Paid plans may include a trial only when the trial is expressly shown before activation. Usage limits are measured using Promotlr records and may include active automations, accounts, managed threads, worker time, and verified actions.

Promotlr may improve, replace, or discontinue features for security, legal, third-party compatibility, or product reasons. Material adverse changes to a paid plan will be notified in advance where reasonably possible. If a material paid feature is permanently removed during a prepaid period, contact support for an appropriate remedy, which may include a prorated refund where required by law.

5. Your content, credentials, and instructions

You retain ownership of content and data that you submit. You grant Promotlr a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, transform, transmit, and display that material only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service. You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis needed for every credential, account, thread, recipient, list, message, image, and other item supplied to Promotlr.

Forum credentials, API tokens, proxy details, and similar secrets must be used only for accounts you are authorized to control. You are responsible for campaign settings and final content. Review generated or transformed material before publication. Do not upload special-category personal data or highly sensitive records unless Promotlr has expressly agreed in writing that the service is designed to receive them.

6. Acceptable use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, intellectual-property rights, privacy and marketing rules, and the rules of every third-party service you use. Promotlr may apply technical limits, pause jobs, remove access to a target, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, prevent harm, comply with law, or protect the service and third parties.

7. Fees, payment, renewal, and cancellation

Paid fees are due in the currency and interval shown at checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless the law requires Promotlr to collect them. Cryptocurrency quotes can expire and a plan is activated only after the payment provider reports the required confirmation. Sending an incorrect asset, network, or amount can delay or prevent fulfillment.

Any automatic renewal will be disclosed before purchase. Where no automatic payment mandate is available, access renews only after a new confirmed payment. You may cancel a scheduled renewal at any time before it is charged. Unless the Refund and Cancellation Policy or mandatory law says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues until the end of the already-paid period.

8. Third-party services

Promotlr can interoperate with forums, proxy suppliers, email providers, payment processors, CAPTCHA providers, social platforms, and infrastructure providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply independently. Promotlr is not responsible for a third party changing, blocking, suspending, or ending its service, but this does not limit remedies you have against Promotlr under mandatory law for Promotlr’s own obligations.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Free plan at any time and may request account deletion from account settings. Promotlr may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, credible security risk, unlawful activity, repeated third-party complaints, or use likely to damage the service. Where appropriate, Promotlr will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure. Immediate action may be taken where delay would create material harm or legal exposure.

On termination, your right to use the service ends. Payment, intellectual-property, confidentiality, liability, dispute, and record-retention provisions survive where their nature requires it. Data is handled under the Data Retention Policy and mandatory recordkeeping law.

10. Promotlr intellectual property

Promotlr and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, documentation, designs, and trademarks, excluding your content. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during the agreement for its intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, resell, frame, scrape, copy, or create competing services from Promotlr except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by law. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment, but Promotlr will not identify you publicly without permission.

11. Service standard and warranties

Promotlr will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Security controls, maintenance, and third-party changes can cause interruptions. No guarantee is made that automation will always succeed, that every forum will remain compatible, or that user-supplied content and instructions are lawful or accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes a statutory warranty, guarantee, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Liability

Liability is unlimited for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, fraud, and liability that cannot be limited by law. For slight negligence involving an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to the foreseeable loss typical for this kind of agreement. Subject to those rules, Promotlr is not responsible for indirect or consequential business loss caused by your unlawful instructions, unauthorized credentials, failure to review content, or a third party’s independent suspension or rule change. Mandatory consumer and product-liability rules remain unaffected.

13. Changes to these Terms

Each published version has an effective date and version identifier. Promotlr may update these Terms for legal, security, product, or operational reasons. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email before they take effect where required. A change will not retroactively remove accrued rights. If fresh acceptance is required, continued access to affected features may be paused until you accept the new version.

14. Law and disputes

This version does not invent an operator jurisdiction or registered office. Applicable law and competent courts are determined by mandatory law and the truthful operator details published in the Legal Notice and contract documents. Consumers keep the protection of mandatory law in their country of habitual residence and may use any court or dispute process available under that law. Please contact support first so the parties can try to resolve a dispute promptly; doing so does not restrict a legal deadline or right to seek relief.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Contact page or the legal email shown above.
