Acceptable Use Policy

1. Core rule

Use Promotlr only for lawful activity that you are authorized to perform. You must comply with the rules, rate limits, automation policies, intellectual-property requirements, and privacy or marketing requirements of each forum, platform, proxy, recipient list, and jurisdiction involved. Promotlr availability does not override a third party’s rules or grant permission to use an account, identity, network, or personal data.

2. Authorized accounts and access

You may not use Promotlr to:

• access, create, buy, sell, verify, or control an account without the account owner’s informed authorization;
• steal credentials, tokens, cookies, recovery codes, or sessions, or test credentials obtained from a breach;
• perform credential stuffing, password spraying, phishing, social engineering, unauthorized scanning, or access-control bypass;
• evade a lawful ban, suspension, forum restriction, rate limit, CAPTCHA, or other technical protection;
• misrepresent identity, affiliation, endorsements, inventory, reputation, reviews, or transaction history; or
• use a proxy, device, mailbox, payment method, or API credential that you are not authorized to use.

3. Spam, messaging, and personal data

You may not send or facilitate unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful communications. In particular, you must not:

• message recipients without the consent or other lawful basis required for that channel and jurisdiction;
• ignore an unsubscribe, opt-out, complaint, suppression entry, forum rule, or do-not-contact request;
• use harvested, purchased, scraped, or inferred contact data without a documented lawful source and permitted use;
• send misleading subject lines, impersonate another sender, conceal the commercial nature of a message, or omit required sender identification;
• upload special-category, government-identity, financial-account, health, biometric, or children’s data unless Promotlr expressly supports it and every legal requirement is met; or
• attempt to circumvent Promotlr delivery limits, consent checks, suppression controls, or abuse monitoring.

4. Prohibited content and commerce

Promotlr may not be used to create, promote, distribute, or transact in:

• fraud, scams, stolen property, counterfeit goods, money laundering, unauthorized financial services, or deceptive investment schemes;
• malware, ransomware, botnets, exploit kits, phishing kits, credential theft, denial-of-service services, or instructions intended to enable unauthorized access;
• child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, trafficking, or content that sexualizes minors;
• credible threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, violent extremist activity, or content intended to incite violence;
• illegal drugs, weapons, controlled goods, or regulated services offered without every required authorization;
• copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights infringement; or
• any product, service, or content that is illegal in the place of the operator, user, recipient, or targeted service.

5. Platform integrity and fair use

You may not:

• overload Promotlr, a forum, or a third-party service; create artificial traffic; or coordinate abusive posting;
• probe or exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with other workspaces, introduce malicious code, or defeat tenant isolation;
• reverse engineer or scrape Promotlr except where a restriction is prohibited by law;
• resell or provide shared access to the service without written authorization;
• manipulate worker time, verified-action counts, referrals, trials, billing, refunds, or plan limits; or
• use multiple accounts, identities, workspaces, or payment instruments to evade enforcement or obtain duplicate benefits.

6. Customer safeguards

Use conservative schedules, review content before publication, start with a dry run where available, monitor job results, and stop activity when a forum objects or behavior becomes unexpected. Keep evidence of account authority, recipient consent, content rights, and any regulatory permissions. Promptly revoke exposed secrets and report security incidents to Promotlr.

7. Enforcement

Promotlr may automatically limit suspicious traffic and may investigate credible reports. Proportionate action can include warning, requesting evidence, pausing a job or module, removing a target, preserving relevant records, suspending access, terminating an account, or reporting conduct where required by law. Immediate action may be taken when necessary to prevent harm, protect a third party, preserve security, or comply with a lawful order.

Where appropriate, Promotlr will explain the reason and provide a way to contest an enforcement decision through the Contact page. Promotlr may not disclose information that would compromise security, another person’s rights, an investigation, or a legal restriction.

8. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse, infringement, unauthorized access, or harmful content through the Contact page. Include the relevant account, URL, date, evidence, and your contact information. Do not send passwords, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive personal data. Good-faith reports will be reviewed and handled under applicable law.
